Booking terms
Last updated: June 2026. These terms apply to appointments booked through slimfadey.vercel.app with Cutz Barbershop, 12 Redchurch Street, London E2 7DJ.
Bookings and payment
Booking online is free and no payment is taken through the site. You pay for your service in the shop by card or cash at the listed price. Prices shown at the time of booking are the prices you pay.
Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before your appointment using the link in your confirmation email. Inside 2 hours, message us on WhatsApp and we will do our best to move you. Repeated no-shows may mean we ask for payment up front for future bookings.
Lateness
If you are more than 10 minutes late we may need to shorten your service or rebook you, so the next customer is not kept waiting.
Our service
If you are not happy with your cut, tell us before you leave the shop and we will put it right. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which entitles you to services performed with reasonable care and skill.
Changes
If we need to cancel or move your appointment (illness, emergencies), we will email you as early as we can and offer the next available slot.
