CUTZ

Privacy policy

Last updated: June 2026. This policy explains how Cutz Barbershop (“we”) handles your personal data when you use slimfadey.vercel.app and our booking system. We act as the data controller for this data under UK GDPR.

What we collect

When you book an appointment we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, optional notes, and your appointment details. That is all. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell data.

Why we collect it

To manage your appointment (contract): confirming your booking by email, holding your slot, and contacting you if something changes. We keep booking records for up to 24 months for our business records (legitimate interest), then delete them.

Where it lives

Booking data is stored with Supabase (hosted in the EU, Ireland). Confirmation emails are sent through Resend. The site is hosted on Vercel. Each provider processes data under their own GDPR-compliant terms.

Cookies

The public site sets no tracking cookies. One essential cookie is used on the staff portal to keep staff signed in. Because we only use strictly necessary cookies, no consent banner is required.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time. Email bookings@cutzbarbers.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
